Terms and Conditions
    • We only accept credit card payments for web purchases. Charges appear as “SMYLE MOUSE” on your statement.
    • All purchases are final. No refunds will be provided.
    • A purchased license is usable by only one user and on one device.
    • In case of breakdown of a device registered for use of a lifetime license, we will provide up to one transfer every 12 months to a new device, and up to a maximum of three times.
    • Users of monthly or yearly subscription always get a free upgrade to the latest version of Smyle Mouse. However, users of lifetime license will need to pay an upgrade fee (equivalent to 50% of current retail price of a lifetime license) to get to the latest major release.
    • *Sales On Web Purchases: The discount code 3MONTHS for Monthly Subscriptions is only valid for the first three months of subscription. The renewal price for the fourth month and onwards will be the prevalent undiscounted price. Similarly, discount code 2YEARS for Yearly Subscriptions is only valid for the first 2 years of subscription. The renewal price for the third year and onwards will be the prevalent undiscounted price.
